Refunds & Returns Policy

BodyComm Kinesiology's Refunds and Returns Policy is nicely summarised by this Australian Consumer Law notice and applies to goods only.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, in any way, please contact me before sending it back.

Please note that any items to be returned, except in the case of a "major problem" (refer Australian Consumer Law notice above), may only be accepted if they are returned in the state in which they were shipped, unused. For instance, with any of the OH cards, the cards within the box would preferably still be wrapped/sealed. (I'm not an unreasonable ogre though, so please contact me to discuss before getting in a huff.)
