BodyComm Kinesiology complies with the Federal Privacy Act 1988, the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 and the National Privacy Principles (NPPs), which are administered by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)

BodyComm Kinesiology also complies with the Victorian Health Records Act 2001, administered by the Office of the Health Services Commissioner, and the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006, administered by the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission.

In essence though, whether you're a client (services) or customer (goods), none of your personally identifiable information will be passed on to anyone else, for any purpose, unless you have provided your express permission to do so or there is a legal requirement to do so. The exception being that trusted Third Party Providers (eg. email, postal or shopping cart providers) may securely collect and store information you provide, on behalf of BodyComm Kinesiology, for the express purpose of providing a specific service to BodyComm Kinesiology and to you. In these cases, those Third Party Providers are only authorised to use such information in the provision of services to BodyComm Kinesiology and not for any other purpose.

From time to time - very rarely as you may have already noticed - emails or printed information that are deemed to be relevant to you as a consumer of the products and services offered by BodyComm Kinesiology, may be distributed. If at any time you wish to be removed from such distribution, please contact me.
