If you are unhappy with any aspect of the professional services provided by Kinesiology Connection, please contact Diane Low in the first instance in order that any issues may be understood and resolved.
If satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, complaints may be escalated to the relevant professional associations - ATMS, ARC - or to the Health Complaints Commissioner as per the Health Complaints Act 2016 (Victoria).
